Our Head in the Clouds cocktail quite literally will put your head in the clouds. If you're not a Rum fan, you're about to be. Pennsylvania mixologist, Stephen Pacacha,  nailed perfect proportions of rum, falernum, lemon, bitters, and more. With a concoction this fragrant and invigorating, you’d think it’d have healing properties. Hell, maybe it does. 

Last but not least, if you don't have a cocktail smoker, we recommend upgrading to include one as we have a bonus step to infuse apple flavor on top.
