At The Mixologer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium syrups and bitters; if your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened items. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened glass bottles in their original protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without breakage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seals, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
